Studio Calia Srl carried out the fire protection design for Hotel Victor in Bari, a historic building located in the heart of the city and subject to a major refurbishment project. The design included compliance with current fire safety and prevention regulations, integrating technical solutions aimed at preserving the architectural value of the property while ensuring maximum protection for guests and staff.
The intervention, carried out in collaboration with Arkè Ingegneria Srl, achieved a balance between the conservation of the existing building heritage and the implementation of the most advanced fire safety strategies.
